1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
7 cups old fashioned oats
1/3 cup Craisins (or other dried fruit or nuts)


How Do I Make Lazy Granola?

Here is how you make Lazy Granola:

Combine brown sugar, honey, and coconut oil in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring often. Remove from heat, add Vanilla and ground Cinnamon. In large separate bowl combine oats and Craisins. Pour liquid mixture over oats and stir until oats are wet. Place mixture in 9x13 pan, bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, stir, turn off oven, place pan back in oven and allow to sit over night (or for a few hours).
