Here is how you make Nonfat granola:

Mix oats, wheat germ, oat bran together and walnuts. Mix honey with water and microwave approximately 40 seconds. Pour over oats and toss until mixed. Spread on dry baking sheet or jelly role pan. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 mins. Remove from oven and stir to mix and turn cereal. Return to oven for an additional 25 mins or until lightly toasted. Remove from oven and cool on the pan.
