1/3 cup shredded, matchstick carrot
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise ( I used Best Foods Olive Oil Mayonnaise Dressing)
1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp Dijon mustard (I used Nob Hill Dijon Mustard with Chardonnay)
1/4 tsp Morton Lite Salt 50% Less Sodium Than Table Salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
fresh, cracked black pepper to taste

1. Toss coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage), shredded matchstick carrots, and chopped onion in a medium-large bowl. Set aside.2. Mix mayonnaise, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, apple cider vinegar and black pepper with rubber spatula in smaller bowl. 3. Add dressing to shredded coleslaw-carrot mix and blend well.
