Here is how you make Sandra's Mayonnaise:

In small bowl for food processor put the egg yolks, salt and mustard in and mix on high for 1 minute or so until it looks thick. Start adding oil in a steady but slow stream through top of food processor lid. Do not stop and start when adding the oil. When you have added all the oil then stop and add the lemon juice and vinegar to the mixture and push down sides. Now put lid back on and run on low for about 30 seconds or so until juice/vinegar is blended in.
