Here is how you make HMR Apple Spice Muffins:

Peel, core, and slice apple. Place slices in microwave-safe bowl and spray with I can't believe it's not butter. Sprinkle cinnamon and 1 tsp of Splenda. Microwave for about 2-3 minutes until soft. Set aside to cool. In a bowl, combine rest of Splenda, Vanilla shake mix, cereal mix, pudding mix and enough water to make a batter consistency. Wisk together. Put baked apples in a chopper or food processor and chop finely. Add to batter and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
