How Do I Make Drunk Mushrooms?

Here is how you make Drunk Mushrooms:

Stir butter and crushed garlic together in saute pan over medium heat. Dump the mushrooms, garlic and 1/2 glass of wine into the pan and stir. Continue to stir over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir occasionally while simmering until most of the liquid has evaporated.
