Here is how you make Oat Bran Pancakes:

Mix dry ingredients together well. Then mix together the buttermilk and the egg and add to dry mixture well ( I just use a whisk, but you could use a hand mixer).Scoop approx. 1/4 cup of mixture onto hot skillet (med. high) sprayed with cooking spray(I respray the pan each time.)
