1/2 cup chicken broth

3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. Land O Lakes Fresh Buttery Taste Spread
1/2 tsp. each salt and black pepper

Here is how you make Kelley's Peas, Carrots and Couscous:

In a large skillet over medium heat combine 1 tbsp. of the LOL spread and olive oil; add the onions and garlic, cook 3 minutes. Add the carrots, salt and pepper, cover and turn down heat to medium-low; cook 5 minutes. Add the peas and 1/4 cup chicken broth. Cover and cook 5 minutes. In a separate pot heat the water and remaining chicken broth and 1 tbsp. LOL spread; bring to boil, add the couscous, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
