Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 10 (or 20 if making a full batch) cups of a muffin tin with a teaspoon of the drippings. In mixing bowl, whisk eggs until frothy. Add milk and remaining drippings and combine well. Whisk the egg mixture into the flour and mix well. Add salt and mix well. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin cups. Bake the pudding for 50 minutes, undisturbed. Remove from oven and serve hot.Serving Size:?makes 20 individual servings
