Here is how you make Mama Hanna's Oat and Brown Rice Lavish Bread:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let rest an hour or more. Divide into twelve portions. Roll out on well floured (oat flour please) board. Heat a pan over medium-high flame. Loosen the dough from the board with a spatula and place the rolled-out dough in the dry, hot pan. Cook one or two minutes. Flip. Remove from pan and cover with foil. Repeat with remaining dough.
