Here is how you make Risalalmande Danish Rice Pudding:

The rice can be cooked in milk using a double boiler. Once finished allow to cool in fridge. Before putting in to cool add the sugar and salt. Once the rice is cooled, whip2 cups of heavy whipped cream. Add a little almond extract to the cream. Once cream is nice and fluffy, mix it with the milk cooked rice and chopped or sliced almonds. Pour into serving bowl, and cover with plastic wrap until serving.
