1/3 cup dried parsley flakes

NOODLES:
1 pound barilla rotini
1 tablespoon oregano

SAUCE
1 jar (24 oz) barilla Marinara Sauce
**** can add 1 cup chopped mushrooms and/or 1 cup of other vegetables if you want to modify the sauce.

TOPPINGS:
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese

Here is how you make Ricotta Rotini - 3/4 cup serving:

Mix ingredients for cheese mix.Cook noodles according to the directions. Add the oregano to the water before it boils and before you add the pasta to flavor the pasta. Drain and rinse the pasta. Mix noodles and marinara sauce.In glass baking dish (or any non-aluminum dish) put layer of cheese mix on the bottom (should fill about 1/2 the height of the pan). Then a layer of noodles and sauce. (should fill the hieght of the pan to 3/4 full). Sprinkle top of noodles with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and 2 cup of mozzarella cheese. Cover tightly with foil (to keep cheese from sticking to the foil, spray it with Pam on the side that will touch the cheese).Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking. Is done when bubbling and when browned on top. Use broiler if needed to brown top.Cut into 20 even squares.
