Here is how you make Orange Sauce for Poultry:

Heat 1 cup broth or bullion until hot (like coffee, boiling isn't necessary)Mix sugar and vinegar in a bowl and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes until mixture turns light brown. The timing is tricky & matters for this step - if mixture is not heated enough, the sauce won't thicken, so make sure it has changed color a bit.Add heated broth and mix. Add 1 Tbsp cornstarch, orange rind, and orange juice. Microwave until boiling a few minutes longer. If mixture appears very runny, dissolve remaining Tbsp cornstarch in a small amount of cold water and then add. Microwave longer for a thicker sauce.
