Add about 1 cup of flour. Add 1.25 cups warm water (I use mine straight from the insta-hot on my sink - but have microwaved it for 45 seconds in the past). Continue to add flour until dough forms, and pulls away from side of bowl. Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with cooking spray. Let rise until doubled (it will rise faster than usual, as salt slows down rising time and this has no added salt). Punch down. Shape as desired (I braid it into three loaves). Let rise about 30 minutes.
