Here is how you make Oven Fried Summer Squash:

Heat oven to 425 F. In pie plate combine cornmeal, Parmesan cheese, and flour. Place milk in medium bowl. Dip squash and zucchini milk and allow excess to drip off. Coat with cornmeal mixture, turning to coat both sides. Place on baking sheet that is coated with olive oil cooking spray. Coat squash well with cooking spray.
