3 medium squash, washed and cubed
1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
Greek seasoning
Pam spray


How Do I Make Laurie's Squash and Mushrooms?

Here is how you make Laurie's Squash and Mushrooms:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 8x8 pan with Pam. In a small bowl combine squash and mushrooms. Spray with pam ( this helps the seasoning stick). Add greek seasoning an stir. I didn't add an amount for greek seasoning because I like it heavy., but it jsut depends on how much you like it. The seasoning will increase the sodium content. You acn also use cajun or italian seasonings if you want.Roast for about 20-25 minutes or until squash is tender when pricked with a fork. I also substitute zuchinni for the squash.
