1 c uncooked couscous
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 medium ripe tomoato-diced


How Do I Make Garlic Tomato Couscous?

Here is how you make Garlic Tomato Couscous:

Spray a pan with PAM and saute onion until slightly brown and a little crispy. Add the couscous and garlic and slightly brown (i liked the nuttier flavor this is optional), slowly add broth and basil bring to a slight boil, remove from heat and add tomatoes and cover. Let stand about 5 min or until liquid as been absorbed. You can top with FF parmesan cheese( i did not add this).
