Once it begins to look cooked and solid, get a plate and flip it onto it. Quickly put the tortilla de patata back on the skillet, so it can continuet o cook the other side.4. Once it is done, it will somewhat look like the shape of a pie. You can either eat it right away or let it cool. Enjoy!
