zest of 1 orange
1/2 c whole milk greek yogurt
1 t vanilla

Here is how you make Orange Craisin Yogurt Scone:

Cut butter into dry ingredients until crumbly (like for pie crust). Mix yogurt, egg, vanilla, egg, zest, craisins, chocolate together and add to above mixture. Blend gently until moistened (don't over blend). Dump out on floured board and fold several times until well blended. Pat into circle 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 10 circles or wedges. Sprinkle with pearl sugar or regular sugar before baking OR drizzle with white frosting after baking.
