Beef Roast (any size, the one I bought was around 3 lbs)
4 Red potato (with or without skin)
3 Carrots
1 Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
Water
Seasons to taste
- Sage, Oregano, Rosemary, Pepper, etc


How Do I Make Beef Roast?

Here is how you make Beef Roast:

Turn slow cooker on Low. Put beef bouillon cubes in a little water and microwave until dissolved, put in slow cooker, add enough water to cover the bottom of the slow cooker. Poke holes in all sides of beef, then put in slow cooker. Crush garlic and chop into small pieces. Cut potatoes and carrots into large pieces, onion finely chopped, then add everything to slow cooker and stir. Add a pinch or two of salt over the meat, then let sit for several hours. After 3-4 hours (if you are available) you can turn the meat over and salt the other side. After another 1-2 hours the meal should be ready to eat, however it can sit in the slow cooker for several mores hours on low if needed. I use this recipe for when I can't be home all day and will want to eat almost as soon as I get home. Serving Size:?10 Servings - not sure how large yet
