1/2 lb ground beef
1 can white beans (cannelini)
1 can red kidney beans
1 can black beans
2 cans NO SALT ADDED stewed tomatoes
2 cans NO SALT ADDED diced tomatoes
1 large can CRUSHED tomatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped garlic
2 T olive oil

Here is how you make CROCKPOT 3 Bean Chili:

Makes 16 LARGE servings (approx 2-3 cups each)RINSE ALL BEANS!!!! DO NOT DRAIN TOMATOES!!!Brown sausage and ground meat on stove. While that is cooking, put olive oil, onions,and garlic in crock pot on high. When meat is done, add to crock pot and dump all other ingredients into the crock pot and cook on high for about 2 hours.
