(or more) Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 Tbsp. Sea Salt 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder 2 Tbsp. Emeril's Southwest Essence Powder 3 Tbsp. Ground Cumin 1/4 Cup Whole Grain or Wheat Flour 1/2 Cup Shredded Mexican Style Cheese * optional How Do I Make Jenn's Kick-A** Chili?Here is how you make Jenn's Kick-A** Chili: * Rinse Black Beans and drain. Place in a pot and cover beans with water. Boil for 1 hour. Turn off heat, add more water if necessary, to cover beans. Soak for two additional hours.* While beans are soaking, brown the turkey.*Add Turkey, salsa, half a beer, carrots, onion, sriracha sauce, salt, chili powder, southwest essence, and cumin to the crockpot. Cover and cook on low heat.*Add black beans to the crockpot (after soaking for 2 hours).*Add 1 bottle of beer. *Continue cooking in crockpot for 4 hours.*Remove about 1/2 cup of liquid from mixture and add the flour to it in a separate bowl.
