Moore''s buffalo sauce. divided (or more to taste) How Do I Make Buffalo Cali - Crockpot or oven?Here is how you make Buffalo Cali - Crockpot or oven: 1. If using whole butternut squash, you'll need to peel, chop, boil til very tender, then mash (with a food processor, potato masher, or even by hand after placing in a ziploc) 2. In a 4-5quart crockpot, sprayed with Pam, Add at least 1/4c. of buffalo sauce to chicken. Stir well. 3. Add cauliflower to the crockpot, stir well. Sprinkle with 1/4 t. salt & cracked black pepper to taste. 4. Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl & stir well. Spread on top of ingredients in the crockpot. 5. Cook on high for 2 hrs. Then mix everthing thoroughly. Poke cauliflower to check for tenderness. If desired, you could top with additional cheese at this point. Put lid back on & cook for an additional 1-2 hours on high. It's done when Cauliflower is fork-tender to your taste. Great as a main dish, or a side. It also freezes well.
