Fry in olive oil (just until brown as they will cook in the crockpot). Drain and put in Crockpot on Low setting. Add flour to drippings in the pan, along with Worchestershire sauce until the flour absorbs all the liquid. (add only enough flour to absorb the liquid, may be more or less than the 1/4 cup). Add the cream of mushroom soup, wine and pepper and bring to a boil. Once boiled, add the sauce to the crockpot and cook on low for about 6 hours or so. You can actually let it cook for as long as you need to, I would let it cook for at least 5 hours though.
