Here is how you make Disassembled Cottage Pie:

Chop the onion and leek into small pieces and sweat in a pan on a low heat - no oil. When they become translucent add the mince and brown.Pour off any fat which has come from your mince and pop into the slow cooker with all the chopped veggies. Add gravy, tomato puree and worcestershire sauce.
