How Do I Make Hobo Stew?

Here is how you make Hobo Stew:

Slice all the vegetables however you want them to be in the soup. Put in a crock pot and cover all with water. I cook at night while sleeping (on low of course). In the morning, cook beef in olive oil and mix onions and peppers with the beef while cooking to add the flavor. (I purchase the lean shredded beef but you could also use stewing beef). Strain the water from the vegetables, then add the beef, tomato juice and rotel tomatoes.
