Combine all ingredients into a slow cooker, but leave the cornstarch for last. Let cook for 5-6 hours. For the last hour scoop a little broth out into a bowl to mix with cornstarch for thickening, adding it back in and stir. Taste to make sure it's seasoned to your liking and thick enough to your liking. If you want it more, spicy I add a bit more cayenne pepper or siracha.
