Here is how you make Almond Power Bars:

Combine almonds, whey, flax, coconut in food processor and pulse until ground fine. In pan, warm almond butter and coconut oil until mixed thoroughly. Add to food processor and pulse until you have a paste. Spread into a 9 x 11 baking dish lined with plastic wrap (to make removal later easy). Press hard to make bars that will be easy to cut and separate later. Refrigerate until solid. Warm soy milk and Truvia in saucepan over LOW heat. Add cocoa and whisk until smooth. ( I made a larger batch, then used small amount to drizzle over powerbars). Cover and let cool in refrigerator.
