The ingredients for Almond Date Balls are:

1 Cup Raw Almonds
1/2 Cup Dates - pitted and chopped
1 Tbsp Water or Rose water
(I find the Rose water to be too perfume-y, so I add the full tbsp. of tap water and just a dash of the Rose water)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp Almond extract
1/8 tsp Sea Salt

Grind almonds up in food processor until very fine. Add pitted and chopped dates, cinnamon and sea salt. With processor running, add water(s) and extract until sticky.

Roll into small balls. I use a tblsp to scoop them out and roll and usually get about 15.
