Lightly toast oats and quinoa on a baking sheet under broil in oven until quinoa stops popping. Make sure it is only one layer or the quinoa won't all pop properly. Mix almond butter (or nut butter of your choice) and maple syrup until well incorporated.Add oat and quinoa mixture and remaining ingredients. Form into four bars using hands. I like to make them look like a cliff bar. They are ready to eat immediately and will thicken up a little after a few hours. Store in air tight container.
