25g undalted butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar

Here is how you make Apricot Yoghurt Slice:

Grease 18 x 28cm lamington tin. Line base and long sides with baking paper. Place butter, sugar, eggs, rind, flour and yoghurt in small bowl of electric mixer. Beat on low speed until just combined.Increase speed to medium. Beat for about 3 minutes, or until smooth and changed in colour. Stir in apricots. Pour into pan.Cook in moderate over (180c) for about 45 minutes or until cooked when tested. Stand in pan fo 5 minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool.To make frosting, beat cheese and butter in the small bowl of electric mixer until light and creamy.
