4 Cups Apricot Puree (halved apricots plus 1 cup of water)
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice (fresh if available)
4 Cups Sugar


How Do I Make Apricot Syrup?

Here is how you make Apricot Syrup:

Blend Apricots and water, mix puree with lemon juice real well. Stir in sugar until disolved. Put on stove top and bring to a boil. Just before boil point, add 2 Tbsp margarine/butter - prior to foam. Bring to a boil and stir constantly. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour into jar that has been boiled for 10 minutes and put lid (also boiled for 10 minutes) and ring on, screw hand tight. Makes 4 pint jars. Can double recipe.
