I spent some time In Hawaii last Summer and while I was on Maui I ordered this for lunch one day at a sweet little sea side resort. I loved it and have since had it many times after returning home. I see now,thanks to the nutrition calculator, that the fat content is rather high. That is mainly due to the cream cheese. You may substitute for fat free if you like but the taste is very different. I don't like the taste of fat free cream cheese at all personally. If you try my recipe please let me know what you think.PS. You may have noticed this recipe before under a different name.
