Add protein powder and mix until smooth once again. Add your peanut butter, mix well, and then add your oats. Mixture will be very thick now and somewhat chunky. If you are mixing by hand, you may want to wear gloves and do this part with your hands. (I use an electric mixer). Line a rectangular pan with parchment/wax paper and flatten mixture into pan evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight before cutting into bars.
