Makes 2 servings (1 apple each)1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.2. Remove the cores of the apples but no do cut all the way through them so that the bottoms remain intact. Remove 1/4 to 1/2 inch of the peel at the top of each apple around the hole.3.
