Here is how you make BR1 Cinnamon Baked Oats:

Pour the olive oil in a sauce pan.(melt) Preheat oven to 300F Mix with maple syrup and brown sugar, until a steady consistency then set aside. Get a large bowl than pour in your oats, bran, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, flax seed mix all together. Now get your sauce pan mixture & pour it into your dry ingredients. Mix them all together until all coated. Then get a pan Put in the oven 20 minutes, half way through take it out and fold over the middle to the ends at 10 mins.After the last 10 minutes, take it out of the oven to see if it is a golden, brownish color.
