In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and cumin until smooth. Beat in cheese and cilantro. Spoon into jalapeno halves.Place egg substitute in a shallow bowl; set aside. Combine corn flake crumbs and wheat germ in another shallow bowl. Dip filling side of jalapenos in egg, then coat in crumbs mixture. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray with crumb side up. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
