Mix all ingredients together well and place in a treated baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. After about halfway through, carefully cover with aluminum foil. Remove from heat and enjoy. Best served either hot or cold. Goes well with a non-dairy yogurt or ice cream.
