Since this recipe is made from non-buttermilk pancake batter, and by scratch, it is much more tasteful to eat it with butter and syrup. If eaten as plain, it's not very good. This is a recipe I reserve when I begin running out of food in the house and don't have time to get to the store. I'll put up tastier things soon.

3 cups of flour
4 tsp.of baking powder
4 tbsp. of canola oil
1 small egg
3 tablespoons of Splenda sugar substitute,or some other sugar substitute.
2 ripe, liquified bananas

*Warning: Eat with butter and syrup. It tastes plain otherwise.

Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients in the bowl. Remember to leave out milk. Put two ripe bananas in a blender with some water and liquify it. Then pour the liquified banana into the flour. Mix all ingredients together. Put more flour if it's too soupy, because you will be making biscuits, so the batter can't be runny.
