Sift together dry ingredients. Put rest of ingredients in large bowl and blend together. Add flour mixture and continue blending until well mixed. Pour into a greased and floured 12" X 5" X 4" deep loaf pan, or two smaller loaf pans. Only fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 1/2 hours. Check at 1 hour.
