Combine flours, salt, baking soda and cinnamon and set aside. In large bowl mash fruit add eggs, oil, splenda, agave nectar (1/2 cup) . Stir in flour mixture until blended, do not over beat. Divide batter into 2 greased loaf pans or greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for approx. 50 min. test with toothpick if batter sticks to toothpick then bake additional 5 min increments watching closely. Test frequently.
