3 tsp Baking Soda
4 1/2 C all-purpose Flour
1 C Chopped nuts (optional)


How Do I Make Banana Sour Cream Bread?

Here is how you make Banana Sour Cream Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease four 7"X3" loaf pans or three 8" X 4" loaf pans. In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup Sugar with 1 tsp Cinnamon. Dust greased pans lightly with this mixuture. In large bowl cream together the butter, Stevia & sugar (or just 3 Cups Sugar and no NuStevia), add eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat well, then add flour, salt and baking soda. Then fold in nuts. Divide into prepared pans. Dust top of pans with remaining sugar & cinnamon mixture. Bake for 1 hour, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 57 1/2" slices that can be cut in half.Number of Servings: 57Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MRSTEAL.
