Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9" X 13" pan with PAM.Combine all ingrediants in a mixer, and beat until well mixed. The pecans and bananas will cause the batter to remain lumpy - this is fine.Pour batter into 9" X 13" pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Slice into 16 pieces.
