Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Butter and flour a 9?5 loaf pan.Mix the bananas, butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Sprinkle baking soda and salt on top of the banana mixture. Slowly stir in the flour and mix until blended well. Don?t over stir.Mix the cinnamon and sugar together.Add half of the batter to the loaf pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the mixture, reserving about a tablespoon for the top. Add the remaining batter and top with the reserved cinnamon sugar.Bake for 45-50 minutes.
