Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9"x5" loaf pan and dust with flour. Stir mashed bananas and buttermilk together. Set Aside.Sift together flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.In s seperate mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat well. Alternately add flour mixture and buttermilk mixture, to the shortening mix.
