In a seperate bowl mix eggs, yogurt & applesauce with a mixer until well blended. Then add other wet ingredients and stir. Pour into dry ingredient bowl & stir with a spoon until well mixed. Pour half of mixture into bread pan. Then top with 3 thinly sliced pieces of apple. Pour remaining mixture over apples. Top with very thin slices of apple. Cook for 75 minutes. Cool on rack before serving.
