- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

* you can add 1/2 cup nuts if you want, but you would need to add the calories into the recipe

Here is how you make KDJ Banana Bread:

- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9"x5" loaf pan- In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in mashed bananas- Combine all dry ingredients and add to wet mixture (batter will be thick)- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes or until done. Insert a toothpick in center - if it is clean when removed, the bread is done- Remove from pan and coolServing Size:?makes 1 loaf of approximately 16 thin slices
