Preheat oven to 350F. Combine wet ingredients and set aside. Whisk together dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Fold in nuts, pour into greased 8X4 baking pan and bake at 350F for 1 hour. Cool before serving. Makes 8 thick slices for breakfast, or 16 thin slices for a small snack.
