Preheat oven to 350 adn grease medium baking dish w olive oilIn medium mixing bowl, combine oats, almond meal, coconut and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, combine bananas, vanilla, and almond butter and mash together. Add oat mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate.Pour into prepared baking dish, level top and bake for 25 minutes or until top is set and golden brown. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
