Here is how you make Chocolate and Walnut Banana Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and generously grease your loaf pan. In medium mixing bowl, lightly beat egg with a wire wisk and stir in smashed bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Set aside.In another medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.Cream butter and sugar in large mixing bowl on medium speed until fluffy (about 3 mins). Beat in banana mixture until fully incorporated. Slowly add dry ingredients and mix for 2-3 minutes until very smooth. Stir in chips and nuts. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick tests clean. Cool on wire rack for 10-15 minutes. Carefully remove from pan, slice and serve.
